我們會收集/追蹤那些關於您的資料？

我們在客戶索取試用版軟體或特定的公司資訊資產時，需要客戶提供個人資料，包括客戶姓名、公司名稱、電話及email帳號。我們同時還登錄用戶遠端連線電腦的IP address、網際網路瀏覽器、來源網站及己瀏覽頁面的統計資料，以作為改進使用者導覽及網站行銷服務的參考依據。

我們會如何運用這些已收集的資料？

我們及授權代理人會透過email、電話或郵寄方式和已留下資料或下載試用版軟體的客戶聯絡，以了解其更進一步的需求。

我們會運用客戶主動註冊的email帳號，定期寄發新產品發表、產品升級及特惠活動訊息給客戶。我們也會尊重客戶的意願，依其要求將該客戶的線上訂閱資料從我們的資料庫移除。若客戶留下的個人資料過時或不正確，我們也允許客戶修改其訂閱通訊資料。

我們會和誰共享這些收集的資料？

我們不會將所收集的任何訂閱戶個人資料交給公司外部的第三者(Third party)使用。我們與全球子公司、分支機構、經銷商及代理商(授權代理人)共享這些收集的資料，以視客戶的需要，提供更高品質、本土化的服務。這個資料共享的過程包含了將訂閱戶的資料透過網際網路傳送給以上我們所定義的授權代理人。

我們的隱私權聲明範圍不含括其他與我們網站相連的獨立網站，其網站內容及隱私權聲明均不屬我們管轄範圍。

Google Sign-in and Gmail API Usage Disclosure

This application "1share® Dual App Platform" uses Google OAuth for secure authentication. Users are required to grant access to their Google account to enable full functionality. We also use Gmail API to send emails, strictly under user consent.

We fully comply with Google API policies. No email contents are stored or shared with any third parties.

Data Protection and Security

All communications and data exchanges are encrypted using HTTPS, and access is limited to authorized components of our system.

Google User Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Users may request deletion of their data anytime by contacting us at support@blueeyes.com.tw or by revoking Google access. All data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of request.

AI and Machine Learning Disclosure

We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
